Lotus Herbals WhiteGlow Skin Whitening & Brightening Gel Creme - Review

My oily skin loves gel based creme more than normal oil free creme/moisturizers. So, I decided to try out this gel based creme with "Lotus Herbal" brand name.
WhiteGlow skin whitening and brightening gel creme...Sounds much attractive, right? Lotus claims that this gel based formula will keep skin hydrated while giving a whitening and brightening effect.

It has fruit vitamins like grape, mulberry, saxifraga and milk enzymes that are known as fairness agents.
Also has SPF 25.Which is good for lazy brats like me who does not tend to put anything on face
                                                                                while going out.

This creme comes in a heavy glass tub. Its a light weight formula, as they claim gel+cream. It quickly absorbs into skin, moisturizes very nicely, leaving skin soft without making it oily or shiny. It has a very mild fragrance to it, which i like. Not overpowering at all. No breakouts or clogged pores after using.

However, now lets talk about the whitening and brightening effect. It doesn't do anything like that rather than giving some moisture. Since fairness was not my main concern, I don't have any complains what LOTUS claimed for.

The one and only inferior point of this product is it flakes really bad while you re-apply.
See Swatches On My Hand.

Overall, this is a nice mid range creme to try out in summer time, which will not make you look like grease ball.

Lotus Herbals WhiteGlow Skin Whitening & Brightening Gel Creme is priced around 500-550bdt. at local Bangladeshi stores.
